The unforeseen hazards of washing up

Yesterday I was doing the washing up (as you do) when I jabbed myself with a fork. Common enough, but where did I manage to jab myself? Under the nail of my right ring finger. The whole fingertip (past the 2nd joint) is now swollen and painful. It's making life slightly awkward as I can't fully grip things.

And today

I went to the Chocolate Society shop today to get some cooking stuff--250g Valrhona cocoa and 500g 61% chocolate. Soooo much gorgeous looking chocolate... (if anyone's interested it's on Elizabeth Street, just down from Victoria coach station).

I do wish I knew a source for bulk Callebaut like I had in the States; it was excellent for cooking and cheaper.

For something totally different: Neil bought The Complete Robot last week and I'm the one reading it ;-)
