Was warm with hollandaise in the end, simply because I didn't want to wait for it to cool. I didn't get into the kitchen till 19:00 (don't like cooking when other people are, or if Mom's cleaning up).
Also made muffins, by request. I made some last night, they got scarfed up, and Mom asked for another batch :-)
