grrr!

Fell asleep and missed ER, again! Worse, I was lying in bed around 20:00 and thinking "don't fall asleep" but I did... and I woke up at 22:15, went "ugh", rolled over and went back to bed. Gah.

And NBC is bad with repeating ER; it has a nasty tendency to just pre-empt it if there's no new episode to show. :(

The cuddly elephant (complete with baby elephant between its legs) that Neil got me at the zoo is sitting on the shelf unit on my desk, looking down at me.

Neil really is lovely :) (Not just because of the elephant, of course. It just reminds me of how lucky I am :) )

I had a doctor's appointment at 12:30.

12:25: Arrive, sign in, show insurance card, pay co-pay.
13:35: Called in, shown to exam room.
13:45: Doctor arrives.
13:48: Doctor diagnoses problem, writes prescription, leaves.

(And now I'm really annoyed because I forgot to ask about my dry skin problem [I have a couple of nasty patches that never heal] when I was there :( )
