Went shopping again last night. (Well, to be fair, I didn't really go Monday; I just tagged along while Mom and Jen went boot shopping because they were going to dinner afterwards and I didn't want to cook. ;-) )

I ended up getting my Chanukah present early--some new makeup from MAC (at Nordstrom, the only store I've been to where the MAC salespeople aren't obnoxious. It's a shame. I like their makeup, they've got a fantastic color range, and their prices are reasonable for a good brand [e.g. mascara $9.50, lipstick $14--my mother used to get Lancome mascara, and that's $21! But I've been to too many MAC counters and stores where the salespeople had a major attitude problem. It turned me off the brand for quite a while.) Anyway, I got a bunch of stuff, including the 7 Lips Pink kit (5 shades of lipstick, 2 of gloss--last one they had :-) ) and the aforementioned mascara (the Fibre-Rich one--highly recommended BTW, I went home and tried it myself to make sure it really looks that good when a klutz rather than a pro is applying it ;-) )

Did some other shopping as well, but I still have to go out again tonight--I'm meeting Mom by her office after work!
