Finally got around to phoning the surgeon. It seems that having a big swelling is normal post-apicoectomy (I could go into the gory details, but won't). It should last another few weeks, though :/

I just sent Carly a link to a Coach bag I liked (I was in Bloomingdales yesterday and of course Jen had to make a detour through handbags) and her immediate response was "It's very you"...

Am I that obvious? :)
