monday monday

slow as always. made brioche dough, currently on overnight rise in the fridge. Made blondies, with chocolate chips. Ate 2 while still hot and gooey. Mmm. Naughty.

I've been asked to bake cookies again for Carly. Of course, she only gave me 1 day's notice (she wants me to bake them for Wednesday). I told her no (don't have the supplies).

Other than that, left a message for the endocrinologist, and called Verizon to find out why they charged $65 for a call to the UK when we have an international calling plan. They took it off. ;-)

I wish I was that thin now--well, I wasn't thin, but I was a lot thinner, and I didn't appreciate it...
